A New Way To Submit Warranty Claims

There’s an exciting advancement in Master-Bilt warranty claim submissions!

Effective August 1, 2017, Master-Bilt will be accepting claims through the Global Warranty program. The Warranty Central platform will be discontinued. All claims submitted in Warranty Central will be converted to the Global Warranty system and processed within normal guidelines. The Global Warranty System has several new features to assist with communications and RMA processes as well as the ability to add wholesale receipts and photos. You may continue to use your current user name and password as they are not changing.
