Craig Hammel Joins Master-Bilt Sales Team

Master-Bilt is pleased to announce Craig Hammel has joined their sales team as Director of Customer Care.

In this position Craig manages the internal foodservice sales department and technical support department. He focused on developing and successfully executing best in class processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Craig also oversees driving a high-performance customer service and support culture that delivers sustainable success and continuous improvement.

Craig has over 15 years of management experience including positions of Customer Care Manager and Sales Inventory and Operations Planning Manager. He has also led customer service teams and has worked in a supply chain department by aligning operations and inventory with sales goals. Craig’s other experience includes Project Manager/Business Analyst.
