ICYMI, RSG Commercial Sales Team Promotions And Additions
In case you missed it, in the last couple of months Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) has announced several management promotions and additions to its Commercial Sales Team.
In August, Bob Stevens was promoted to the Director of Dealer Sales, Craig Hammel accepted the role of Director of Strategic Accounts, Kim McGee was promoted to the Director of CX & Sales Support and Pam Williams accepted the position of Director of Business Development & Project Management for RSG. All four report directly to Dan Hinkle, Chief Commercial Officer for RSG.
Stevens is helping develop and execute commercial strategy while expanding new business opportunities. All Regional Sales Managers within the organization will report directly to Stevens. Hammel’s responsibilities include managing both foodservice and food retail chain accounts as well as securing new strategic opportunities.
McGee has leadership responsibility for RSG’s Inside Sales team as well as the Quotations/Applications teams with a major focus on activities designed to enhance the customer experience, drive internal efficiencies and support our strategic goal of being an industry leader in customer satisfaction. Williams has leadership responsibility for the Nor-Lake Scientific business, consultant services and all of project management with a focus on new business development and driving 80/20 principles within the group.
In October, Chris Carney and Howard McCann were named Regional Sales Managers for the portfolio of brands. Both Carney and McCann report directly to Bob Stevens.
Carney recently held the Regional VP position with the Middleby Corporation where he was responsible for key sales activities and collaborated with the product management teams. Earlier in his career, he served as a Regional Sales Manager for Clabo USA.
McCann recently held the position of outside sales representative with the Yes Group, managing all market segments. Prior to working with the Yes Group, McCann worked with Clarification Technology as the North America Sales Manager.
Feras Affani also joined the RSG team as Strategic Account Manager, reporting directly to Craig Hammel, Director of Strategic Accounts.
Affani recently worked with Everidge as the VP of National Accounts, where he was responsible for all national chain sales and development.
Each member of the team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that helps enrich the RSG customer experience and develops strategic opportunities with our customers and channel partners.
